These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Done 55 platform, including the website at done55.vu and the Done 55 Android application ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Done 55 and confirm your full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Done 55 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with the Platform. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Done 55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, players will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To access real-money gaming on Done 55 you must create a player account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and confirmation that you are aged 18 or above. You are responsible for ensuring all registration information is accurate and kept up to date.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform.
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or share your account credentials.
• Your account login details are personal and confidential — you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Done 55 may request identity verification at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
• Done 55 does not accept registrations from individuals who are self-excluded or who have previously been banned from the Platform.

Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice. Any funds in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. Done 55 takes the integrity of its player base seriously and actively monitors for duplicate account activity.

All deposits on Done 55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed through the relevant payment provider.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made by third parties — including family members — are not permitted and will be refunded or held pending investigation.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process within 60 seconds. Raast and bank transfer timings depend on your bank or wallet provider.
• Done 55 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposited funds are used for gaming purposes only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

If a deposit fails to appear in your account after the expected processing time, contact Done 55 support. Do not attempt to initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting Done 55 — chargebacks initiated without prior notification may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. Done 55 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though actual transfer times depend on the payment method selected and your bank or mobile wallet provider.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name.
• Any bonus amount or winnings derived from a bonus are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Done 55 may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically the fastest processing route.
• Accounts with open disputes or pending verification will have withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

Done 55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion. These checks are in place to protect players and the integrity of the Platform and are not applied arbitrarily.

Done 55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of issue, including wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus or related winnings can be withdrawn. By accepting a bonus you agree to the terms attached to that specific offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are clearly labelled as bonus funds until wagering requirements are complete.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable balance.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Done 55 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be used in conjunction with another player's account or as part of any coordinated bonus abuse scheme.
• Done 55 may void any bonus and cancel associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Promotional campaigns on Done 55 are often tied to major cricket events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and T20 international series. The details, eligibility criteria and wagering requirements for event-specific promotions will be published on the Platform at the time of the campaign and form part of these Terms.

All games available on Done 55 — including slot games, fish games, live casino tables and bingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

In the event of any technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, Done 55 will use its best efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Game outcomes that have been fully completed and settled prior to any technical issue will stand. Where a round was interrupted and cannot be fairly reconstructed, Done 55 may void the round and return the stake to the player's account balance.

• Bets placed and confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player once the game round has commenced.
• Done 55 uses certified random number generation for slot and fish game outcomes. Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers with independent certification.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error or an obvious mistake in game settings will be voided. Done 55 is not liable for winnings arising from errors.

Done 55 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to activity that undermines the fairness, integrity or security of the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or unintended game behaviours to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any format.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Done 55 app or platform code.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Done 55 staff through any communication channel.

Done 55 monitors Platform activity and uses automated and manual tools to detect prohibited conduct. Players who are found in violation of this section will have their accounts terminated without appeal and any PKR balance in the account will be forfeited.

Done 55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include — but are not limited to — suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged account inactivity.

• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Done 55 support.
• Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification checks are complete.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will have all balances forfeited — including deposits and winnings — without compensation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant. Dormant account fees may apply as described in the Platform's fees schedule.
• Players who have self-excluded are not permitted to re-register until their self-exclusion period has formally ended through the correct process.

The Done 55 name and logo may not be used in any context — online or offline — without prior written consent from Done 55. Unauthorised use of Done 55 intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal channels.

Done 55 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, Done 55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity issues on the player's side, or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

• Done 55 is not liable for any financial loss — including loss of winnings — arising from network interruptions or device failures on the player's end.
• Done 55 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Platform.
• The Platform is entertainment — Done 55 makes no representation that any player will achieve particular gaming outcomes or financial results.
• Where Done 55 is found liable under applicable law, the total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
